Olhavan kiipeilytekniikkakurssilla harjoitellaan kalliokiipeilyssä tarvittavia tekniikoita kuten halkeamakiipeilyyn liittyvät tekniikat, kitkakiipeily, kulmakiipeilytekniikka, lepopaikkojen löytäminen ja hyödyntäminen pitkillä reiteillä. Tekniikoita harjoitellaan eri reiteillä yläköysivarmistuksella ja harjoitteluun on varattu paljon aikaa. Kurssilla kiivetään paljon, noin 5c-6b tasoisia, erilaisia reittejä. 

 

Kurssi toteutetaan kahdella osanottajalla. Mukaan otetaan korkeintaan neljä osallistujaa. Kurssille voi ilmoittautua ilman kiipeilyparia.

 

Kouluttajana kurssilla toimii joku meistä.

Outdoors climbing techniques course

 

This course is all about climbing techniques: crack climbing techniques, friction, stemming, and finding rests. These techniques are practiced on top rope on various routes. The course consists of a lot of climbing and there is plenty of time to practice different techniques. The routes we climb are graded approx. 5c-6b.

 

The course is available for 2-4 participants.

 

More specific details, such as the schedule for the day, will be sent via email prior to the course.

 

The instructor will be one of us: Climbing instructors.

 

Course fee 175 € includes:

• 1 course day at Olhava in Repovesi National Park (transportation not included)

• All needed climbing equipment
